Disadvantaged youth don’t have many role models to look up to. Mentorship by a successful and mature adult who can be a role model serves this need. Our mentors are located all over the world.
We help students discover and understand their potential interests, abilities, values, personality, background, and circumstances. Interview skills and positive attitude are encouraged.
We believe that with effective tools and training, all people have the strength to improve their lives and the lives of those in their community. To that end, we provide our students with an intensive, one-year learning program that teaches professional English and Personal skills.
Our program empowers our graduates to access jobs and opportunities that would otherwise be unavailable to them, enabling them to improve their lives and the lives of their families and communities.
The program we offer students is free of charge. Our students attend a one hour and forty minute class six days a week, for the program duration of 52 weeks. Our class size is limited to 20 students. Our branches are located in New Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana and Patna. We are expanding our reach by making our technology and intellectual property freely available for anyone to use anywhere in the developing world.
Our dynamic teaching method uses a hybrid of computer-based training, lectures, seminars, workbooks, peer-to-peer interaction and game-based learning. We use a cloud-based learning management system (LMS) to track the progress of individual students on a daily basis. Analysis of this data provides insights for improving our program, as well as providing useful information for researchers.
FEA actively partners with scholars and researchers who can improve our performance by formulating, designing, and testing theories. As a data-driven organization, we offer researchers a robust data collection apparatus with the ability to run controlled A/B tests (randomized control trials) and other data-collection methods.
