Best Branch Criteria

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Staff Availability
   In quarter 1 and 2, a branch with at least 2 active facilitators in minimum 2 out of 3 months.
   In quarter 3 and 4, a branch with at least 3 facilitators in minimum 2 out of 3 months
2. No final warning to staff

Performance Assessment Parameter:
1. Least Non-operational sessions
2. Highest students attendance against capacity
3. Branch with highest Avg. MER Score
4. Cleanest and Organised branch- Based on audits by Area Manager
5. Punctuality of staff- Total instances of late reporting
